Take action by volunteering to help those in need of your love in your community. You can either lend your heart to one of our programs, fundraise, plan, or host a service project that will benefit them.
Foster Care programs
With almost half a million American children in foster care, we need everyone’s help volunteering. Become a part of a volunteer movement that changes the way kids experience the foster care system. Through team building and service projects, our volunteers make positive contributions to children who live in their communities.
Bike-A-Thon Progam
Do you remember the feeling of learning how to ride a bike? Help provide children in foster care with that same joy and means of transportation with a new bike. This can be accomplished by making a contribution to our BIKE-A-THON fundraising campaign.
Services FOR AT-RISK YOUTH
Our At-Risk Youth services bring teens from self-destruction to self-esteem by addressing the primary issues that are the underlying causes of high-risk behavior. We mentor individuals ages 7–18 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse and trauma-related issues. Through our affiliate psychiatrist’s clinical expertise and integrated care, we get troubled youth back on track.
Super Hero Mentorship Program
This program is our attempt to break the foster and playground-to-prison pipeline by coupling a troubled youth with positive figures within your communities. These “Super Heroes” will teach them life skills, moral education from the PEACEFUL SOLUTION CHARACTER EDUCATION PROGRAM, and aid our affiliate psychiatrists in getting them on the right track.
Workforce Assistance
We train our mentees to develop personal and workplace success skills, which are the set of transferable skills that are critical for finding employment and advancing in a career pathway. They are also lifelong learning skills that will enable them to be resilient and adaptive in an ever-changing labor market.
